About "Life and Lies" (Rules and Descriptions)

"The Life and Lies of a Runner for God," was an idea I got just sitting one day in an American History class. I was thinking about life in general, how I wished I could've discussed things with people that I'd never been able to before, figure out problems in my Christian life, and exchange advice and cool running stories. Thus was born, "The Life and Lies."

This blog is for both Christians, (both running and non) to come together to work out problems that we feel are hurting the average Christian of today. Topics can range from salvation, to daily walks, to just problems we run into with fellow brothers and sisters, as well as non-believers. There is a Prayer page where you can posts things you need prayer for, and a Fellowship page, where we can chat about life, running, or whatever is on our minds.

It is also a runner's hub. Not many websites are dedicated to running advice, and they're all objective. This is a blog where anyone can comment on advice we post and give advice of their own. If something works on training or shoes or races for you, please post it. There's no "bad" advice because we all are different and what works for some, might not work for others.

This IS a Christ-based website so please keep comments and discussions God-honoring and without profanity, rudeness, or bullying. We need to honor God and each other with our thoughts and words (James 3:5-6). Also, try to keep the misspellings and grammar problems to a minimum, and posts or comments intelligent and well thought out. The goal is to help and broaden our running and Christian thinking.
